  • Physical Inspection Policy: Because our units are held in secure, centralized facilities across Europe to prepare them for rapid dispatch, physical pre-auction inspections require an advanced appointment.
  • 30-Day Description Guarantee: Because you cannot inspect the machinery beforehand, we protect your purchase with a 30-day return policy. If the machine arrives with significant undisclosed mechanical faults, structural damage, or severe deviations from the online description, you can return it.
  • Zero-Risk Return Shipping: If a return is approved under our description guarantee, MAY INDUSTRIAL KFT will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Note: Returns are not accepted for standard wear-and-tear expected of used machinery.

2. Winning the Auction & Secure Invoicing

We act as the authorized trusted intermediary between the machine’s previous owner and you. Our secure tripartite legal framework guarantees your money is safe.

  • Winning the Bid: Once the countdown hits zero and you win the auction, our automated system generates your official commercial invoice.
  • The Invoice Details: The invoice will feature the trusted branding and corporate registration details of MAY INDUSTRIAL KFT.
  • Secure Escrow Payment: For your security, you will pay the funds directly into the MAY INDUSTRIAL KFT designated bank account listed on your invoice. We securely hold your funds in a protected custody account. The seller is only paid after you receive the machinery and your initial evaluation window clears.

3. Shipping & Collection Options

Once your payment is fully settled and cleared, you must choose one of our two definitive logistics pathways:

Option 1: Hassle-Free European Delivery

  • How it works: Our logistics team coordinates the entire transport from our facility straight to your address. Shipping quotes and estimated delivery timelines will be calculated and appended directly to your final checkout.

Option 2: Personal Self-Collection

You or your chosen transport company can collect the machinery directly from our secure custody facility.

  • The 5-Day Window: Collection must take place strictly within 5 business days following the official confirmation of your payment.
  • Storage Fees: To prevent facility overcrowding, failure to collect your machinery within this 5-day window will result in an automated storage fee of €100 per day until the item is removed.
